For this 73th Subject Review Section of Endopedonline we have selected to comment on a recent and interesting publication on the role of the CRF Family of Neuropeptides and their Receptors as mediators of the Central Stress Response, by N. Dedic et al., from the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry, Munich, Germany, and the Department of Neurobiology, Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel, published in Current Molecular Pharmacology, 2018.

For the Bibliographic Revision Section we have selected six recent publications (see bibliographic citations in the respective Section), 1) Variations of sex development: The first German interdisciplinary consensus paper, 2) adrenocortical carcinoma in children: a clinico-pathological analysis of 41 patients at the Mayo Clinic from 1950 to 2017, 3) Update on Central Precocious Puberty (CPP): from Etiologies to Outcomes, 4)  5) Psychosexual aspects, effects of prenatal androgen exposure, and gender change in 46,XY Disorders of sex development, 6) Isolated glucocorticoid deficiency: Genetic causes and animal models.
